Chicken Breast Jerusalem:

Boneless, skinless chicken breast with sauteed mushrooms and artichoke bottoms in a white wine sauce.

Mozzarella Chicken:

Boneless, skinless chicken breast with mozzarella cheese, fresh spinach and sauteed mushrooms in a marinara sauce.

Chicken Picatta:

Baked boneless, skinless chicken breast with a white wine and slightly tart lemon caper butter sauce.

Marsala Chicken:

Boneless, skinless chicken breast topped with Marsala wine and mushroom sauce.

Marinated Roasted Tri-tip:

With either teriyaki sauce, tarragon sauce, mushroom sauce, onion sauce, mustard sauce, green peppercorn sauce, BBQ sauce, horseradish sauce or any sauce that you suggest.

Sliced Roast Top Sirloin:

Tender slow roasted, thinly sliced beef with Au Jus.


Baked with a pineapple, curry and toasted coconut sauce.

Baked Salmon:

Baked with a teriyaki or dill sauce.
